| Description | Service Pilot Project to procure a service provider to provide a wireless mesh network to cover all state and county roadways adjacent to the eight (8) pilot areas in Puna and Ka'u on Hawaii Island, Hana on Maui, Nanakuli, Waianae, Waimanalo, and Kalihi on Oahu, and Kapa'a on Kauai; 2) bring secure and reliable high-speed broadband through fixed fiber or copper connections and high-speed wireless (Wi-Fi); and 3) bring support and management of technical issues such as poor connections, misconfigured Wi-Fi setting or other endpoint issues. |
