HANDS

HANDS is comprised of several exciting functions:

1. Robust Search Functionality - HANDS search will not only display HANDS solicitations and awards but it will also link to other jurisdictions. Therefore Buyers will not have to post in multiple places and vendors will not have to track bidding opportunities on multiple procurement platforms. HANDS search will list everything all in one place.
2. HANDS replaces two older database systems:
   • Professional Services Awards Database
   • Procurement Awards and Notices Database
3. Hawaii Compliance Express - HANDS will now be the new home for HCE.

Vendors are not required to login to search for bidding opportunities or awards. Login is required for Hawaii Compliance Express and to respond to HIePRO solicitations.

State and county personnel are required to login using their myHawaii Account. Contact your Department Administrator for activation.

There is no fee to access HANDS.
