- HANDS gathers opportunities from multiple procurement platforms and displays it all in one place.
- To begin, select bidding opportunities. Please note: A login is NOT required to search and view opportunities.
- By default all the bidding opportunities will be listed.
- You can narrow your search by typing a keyword.
- Select an opportunity to view more information.
- If the opportunity is from another procurement platform you will be taken to the website where the opportunity has been posted.
- To search for awards select contract awards.
- By default all the awards will be listed.
- You can narrow your search by typing a keyword.
- Select an award to view more information.
- If the award is from another procurement platform you will be taken to the website where the award has been posted.
- Searching for bidding opportunities and awards is easy at hands.ehawaii.gov.
