Solicitation DescriptionCreative Industries Division (CID), an agency of the State of Hawaii (State), is seeking a partner or partners (Offeror and Contractor) to support the operation of CreativeSpace located inside the Entrepreneurs Sandbox (Sandbox) facility in Kakaako. CID intends to partner with established, private sector businesses to ensure CreativeSpace becomes an integrated resource for the Hawaii creative entrepreneurial ecosystem. The objective of this RFP is to find a partner or partners to help make CreativeSpace programs revenue- generating and successful.
